Weddings

Wedding with Reception  - $3,000 

Includes:

  • Full use of ground floor and loft

  • Grass lot for parking (weather permitting) 

  • Use of space for a period of 5 days completed by Monday following event.  

  • Includes wedding rehearsal

  • On property house use for day-of wedding party prep (upstairs changing rooms, 2 bathrooms)

  • 5' Round Tables provided as needed​

  • Basic decoration 

  • Ample electrical for decorations and food line

  • Pasture view

  • Yard space for tents and yard games​​

  • Limited kitchen space                                             (Refrigerator & sink)

Ceremony or Reception only  - $2,800

Includes:

  • Everything listed above, except the in-house wedding party prep rooms/rehearsal or tables

Events

$100 per hour on site

50% down Saves the Date
 
Remaining balance due 30 days before event.

Rentals additionally will need:  

  • Chairs

  • Portable toilets

  • Linens 

$500 Saves the Date
 
Half the remaining balance due 6 months before event.
 
Final balance due 30 days before event.

We proudly designate our venue  a "dry" alcohol-free space appropriate for all ages. 

​

Capacity: Floor seating- 300.    Loft seating- 75. 

​

Grass lot parking capacity: 150 cars.
